1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using this website and any services offered by Camryn Clair (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you may not use this website or engage in services.
2. SERVICES
Camryn Clair provides:
Photography services
Creative direction
Brand photography experiences
The Arrival Experience™
Studio rentals
Events and community experiences
All services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.
3. BOOKING & PAYMENTS
3.1 Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date.
No date is reserved without payment.
3.2 Final Payment
Remaining balances must be paid prior to the session or experience.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation.
3.3 Payment Plans
If offered, payment plans must be completed in full.
Missed payments may result in termination of services.
4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Retainers are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be permitted with adequate notice (typically 7+ days).
Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
Arrive on time
Communicate clearly
Participate fully in the experience
Respect studio/property rules
The Company is not responsible for outcomes impacted by lack of participation, lateness, or non-cooperation.
6. CREATIVE CONTROL
Camryn Clair retains full creative direction over:
Styling suggestions
Posing guidance
Image selection and editing
Final artistic outcome
Clients acknowledge that work is delivered in alignment with the Company’s signature style.
7. IMAGE DELIVERY
Final images are delivered via online gallery
Turnaround times vary by service
RAW/unedited images are not provided
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 Ownership
All images, content, and materials remain the intellectual property of Camryn Clair.
8.2 Client License
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for:
Personal use
Business/brand use (if applicable to service purchased)
8.3 Restrictions
Clients may NOT:
Alter images beyond basic cropping
Apply filters or edits
Sell or transfer images to third parties without permission
8.4 Commercial Use
Commercial licensing beyond standard use must be agreed upon in writing.
9. MODEL RELEASE
By participating in services, clients grant Camryn Clair permission to:
Use images for portfolio
Website and social media
Marketing and promotional materials
If a client wishes to opt out, a written request must be submitted prior to the session.
10. STUDIO RENTAL TERMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Renters are responsible for damages
Studio must be returned in original condition
Overtime fees may apply
Liability for guests rests with renter
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Camryn Clair shall not be liable for:
Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of data, income, or business
Personal injury during sessions or events
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
12. NO GUARANTEES
While results are often transformational, the Company does not guarantee:
Specific business outcomes
Emotional or personal results
Revenue increases or brand success
13. CODE OF CONDUCT
The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client:
Displays abusive behavior
Disrespects boundaries
Creates unsafe conditions
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of changes.
